The Town of Carlton Landing has an Ordinance related to the discharge and display of fireworks. Citizens are encouraged to familiarize yourself with it using the Web Link below.

A permit is required to discharge Consumer / Class C fireworks. And they are only allowed to be discharged in the Town Designated Area.

Bottle rockets are NOT allowed to be discharged anywhere in the Town of Carlton Landing.

2026 Hours for Discharge:

JULY 3: 8 AM - 11 PM | JULY 4: 8 AM - 11 PM
All fireworks must stop at 11 pm.

Please dip all fireworks in water prior to disposal.
