Bid Notice - Trail and Public Areas Maintenance

The Town of Carlton Landing – Independent Contractor Bids for the Following Services:

Grounds Maintenance- Walking/hiking trails, Entrance Road, Marina/Sports Complex Area and Stephens Road

Initial Contract is for April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.  Contract may be renewed up to two (2) additional contract periods under the same terms and conditions. 

The City reserves the right to disapprove any and all bids received.

Bid Request Form is available online at carltonlandingOK.gov or at Town Office. Questions may be sent to admin@carltonlandingOK.gov or by calling 918-707-5005.

Bids are required to be received no later than March 31, 2026 at 2:00pm.  Bid packets must be sealed and labeled “Grounds Maintenance 2026”, and can be mailed or turned in to:
